Upon completing the purchase of an online training course, you will receive a registration link via email within 24 hours. This link will grant you access to the course content and any associated materials. If you do not receive the registration link within this timeframe, please contact our customer support at support@stormsec.co.uk for prompt assistance.

Course Access:

  1. Registration links for purchased courses will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Refunds will only be considered if requested before the course has begun or if the registration link has not been issued, within 14 days of purchase. 

Course Commencement:

  1. Once the course has started, and your progress is over 0%, returns and refunds are not possible.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your enrolment before the course begins, please contact us at support@stormsec.co.uk with your order details. We will assess your request and provide assistance accordingly, cancellation requests are required to be sent within 14 days of purchase.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter issues accessing the course or have concerns, please contact our customer support at support@stormsec.co.uk. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly.
